Hello, love! This is my attempt to make TWH focus on moMental PROSE + POETRY inspired and prompted by life’s seasons, moments, and soulful spaces 🤍 After all, I’ve been writing letters to my papa since I’ve learned how to so…you can technically treat my posts like a letter written for you 🥰

I’ve been blogging since ‘05 and after a myriad of blog urls, thewonderhuman was prompted by the Lord in 2017 in my dark season of uncertainty (when I got pregnant out of wedlock) so I won’t stop finding and fighting for my child-like wonder. I had a long, arduous battle with depression with haunting relapses but the Lord rescued me through a discipleship group that taught me how to seek & find Him through His Word, and nourish my spiritual health with bible study, accountability, and ministry. Life’s never been the same, and by His grace - there’s no going back to where I used to be, who I used to be.

It's clear that without Him, I’m only human…hence the desire to pursue Wonder day by day, moment by moment - as His child and as a singleMom, daughter, sister, disciple/discipler, and servant of the Lord ✨

I pray my stories find you well at a time you need to reap JOY in summer, LOVE in spring, FAITH in autumn, HOPE in winter... to remind you that you are filled with so much wonder, you too can heal and conquer, you are blessed, YOU ARE LOVED, and YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
